This week I chose a Weigh Less recipe. It looked so delicious and simple I decided to try it.
Step 1: Sieve the dry ingredients and add the butter.
Step 2; Rub the butter with your fingertips until it becomes fine like breadcrumbs.
Stp 3: Mix the wet ingredients together.
Step 4: Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and mix the wet ingredients till a dough consistency.
Step 5: Roll the dough out on a floured surface.
Step 6: Cut out the scones. I just used a glass but you can use anything. Then place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees celsius for 14 minutes.
Step 7: Once brown take out the oven, Immediately serve or leave to cool..
Step 8: Decorate them with butter, jam, cream, cheese or whatever your heart desires.
Step 9: Serve to your excited guests.
