Method:
- Sift together the dry ingredients and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Mix together the wet ingredients.
- Make a well in the centreof the dry ingredients, add liquid and mix to form a soft dough.
- Sprinkle flour on a working surface and turn dough onto the counter.
- Pat or roll the dough lightly until about 2cm thick and vut with a round cutter.
- Place on a baking tray that has been coated with non-stick spray and bake in a 200º C oven for 14 minutes.
