This month is World Hunger Relief Month so I decided to make a hungry emoticon cupcake. I thought they were very cute and yummy.
What you need for these cupcakes are:
- A cupcake (I made a red one.)
- White fondant circles.
- 2 jelly fruits (you can use anything that's in the shape of a fruit.)
- And a Sour Roo cut in half lengthways and sideways.
Step 1: Ice the cupcake yellow. I used yellow because that is the general colour of emoticons.
Step 2: I made a white circle out of fondant and just stuck it on the wet icing. Then used a little bit of icing to stick my fruit jelllies on the eyes.
Step 3: I took my Sour Roo and shaped it into a half a circle. I realised that I had to hold it a while because they went back to the normal shape and I wanted the smile effect not a grumpy effect.
I was quite impressed at how cute these World Hunger Relief Month Hungry Emoticon Cupcakes turned out. I loved making these and they turned out very cute. Please comment and tell me what you would like to see me make next week.
