This year for Valentine's Day I wanted to try something a little different. I had never coloured white chocolate before and wanted to experiment with it.
When I started making the chocolates I realised that I had no chocolate moulds and since we all have to be creative I tried to use an icing bottle and pipe the melted chocolate on some grease paper. That didn't work because the chocolate went out of shape.
For Christmas my aunt and uncle had bought me a heart silicone baking tray. My mom suggested that I use that. And needles to say that t worked. I guess mothers really do know best.
