This week I decided to make something a bit healthier and quicker. I made Pasta Salad.
I don’t have a set recipe for this dish because I make it up on the spot. So this week there will be no recipe posted on my recipes page .The basic ingredients that I use is pasta, tomato, spring onions, feta cheese and onions. You can add basically anything that is in your kitchen. I normally have these ingredients in my kitchen and that’s why I use them.

The first step is to cook the pasta. I like my pasta just cooked or Al Dente. I think you get more taste that way. But you can cook your pasta the way you like it. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse in a colander. Then leave it to cool. While it is cooling start chopping up everything. When everything is chopped and the pasta is cool mix it all in one bowl. Now is the time for the seasoning. This time I put the usual salt and pepper then added olive oil, lemon juice, green onion seasoning and thyme. Again you can add whatever seasonings you like.
